The CleanTX Foundation has partnered with the San Antonio Clean Technology Forum, the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce, the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, The Austin Technology Incubator, the Texas Foundation for Innovative Communities, and the Austin Young Chamber of Commerce’s Energy Collaborative to bring the various clean energy stakeholders from along the IH-35 Corridor together to discuss the initiative of “Developing the Clean Energy Corridor”.
The panel discussion will focus on the intended and real outcomes of a formalized organization, the Clean Energy Corridor, that will work with the various cities, governments, economic development departments and organizations, chambers of commerce, universities, non-profit interest groups, companies, and utilities to develop and sustain an ecosystem that would attract the necessary investment, capital, and talent to the region to ensure that central Texas emerges as the country’s premiere clean technology hub.
